John W. Stryker
Mr. Stryker, a resident of the Virgin Islands since 1981, began his law career in the State of California in 1973. His
practice is concentrated in the areas of real estate, business matters, banking and estate planning, including representation
of real estate buyers, sellers and lenders, business formation, representation and counseling, qualification and requirements
to do business in the United States Virgin Islands, including corporate, limited liability and partnership, contract law,
mortgage and commercial lending, title insurance matters, and the preparation of wills and trusts.

University (B.A., 1969). Experience: a practicing lawyer since 1973, Mr. Stryker began practice in the Virgin Islands with
the firm of Birch, deJongh & Farrelly, where he represented banks on real estate closings, collections and foreclosures,
including representation of the Chase Manhattan Bank, Citibank, N.A., First Virgin Islands Federal Savings Bank and

Matthew J. Duensing
Mr. Duensing has been a resident of the Virgin Islands since 1988. He began the practice of law in the State of Illinois as
a criminal prosecutor with the Office of the Attorney General and later joined the St. Louis, Missouri office of the firm of
Thompson & Mitchell. There he began his practice in Insurance Defense, Banking and Admiralty, representing
commercial interests involved in finance and shipping on the inland Waterways of the United States. In 1988, he joined
the St. Thomas firm of Dudley, Topper and Feuerzeig, continuing his practice in litigation involving Insurance Defense,
Banking and Admiralty. In 1991, he accepted an offer to become Chief Litigation Partner with the firm. As a bank
litigation expert, Mr. Duensing has handled many cases for local and "off-island" banks, including The Bank of Nova
Scotia, Chase Manhattan Bank and Riggs National Bank of Washington, D.C. He also has an active insurance defense
practice, representing some of the largest insurers in the world.

A. James Casner III
Mr. Casner moved to the Virgin Islands in 1987. He began his practice of law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in
1984 with the Boston based law firm of Rackemann, Sawyer & Brewster concentrating his practice in both real estate
and banking, including representation of developers, banks, buyers, sellers, borrowers and title companies. In 1987, he
joined the St. Thomas firm of Dudley, Topper and Feuerzeig and became a partner in 1991. He joined the firm in 1998
and continues his practice representing clients in all aspects of real estate, financing, development and banking.

Richard H. Dollison
Mr. Dollison has been a resident of the Virgin Islands since 1993. Formerly a professional filmmaker, Mr. Dollison was a
paralegal at a litigation firm in New York, New York. He joined the firm as a law clerk in 1991 while attending Fordham
University School of Law in New York and began the practice of law in the Virgin Islands in 1994. His practice is
concentrated in civil litigation, including bankruptcy, banking litigation, appeals, debt collection and insurance defense.

Michael Fitzsimmons
Admitted to Bar, 2000, Texas; 2001, U.S. Virgin Islands, U.S. Court of Appeals, Third Circuit Court of Appeals. Prior
to joining the firm in August 2000, Mr. Fitzsimmons, a resident of the Virgin Islands since 1974, worked as a public
school teacher and a Coast Guard licensed charter boat skipper prior to a 14-year career as a manager of resort hotels
on St. Thomas, St. John, and St. Croix. Mr. Fitzsimmons prosecuted criminal cases for the Harris County, Texas District
Attorney's office from January to May, 2000. Education: U.S. Naval Academy (1965-66); Loras College (B.S. 1970);
