Our single largest area of practice involves insurance defense of personal injury cases. Our second largest area of practice
is banking and real estate law, as we represent The Bank of Nova Scotia, Beal Bank, Riggs National Bank and Merrill
Lynch Credit Corporation. Our practice also involves the areas of admiralty and maritime law, arbitration, mediation, labor
and employment law, commercial litigation, corporations, limited liability companies and general business matters, estate
planning and probate.
We are currently defending cases for Generali Assicurazioni, S.P.A., AIG International, Wausau Insurance Co., T.L.
Dallas & Co., Ltd., Zurich Insurance, Lawyers Title Insurance Corporation, Pueblo Supermarkets, General Accident
Insurance Company, American Express, Sedgewick James, Tropical Shipping, Premier Wine & Spirits, Ltd., Marina
Market, Inc., Carrier Corporation and Elliott Companies (200 asbestos cases), and numerous other litigation clients.
In addition to representing the insured in personal injury and products liability cases, we also represent insurers in claims
involving issues of coverage and the interpretation of insurance policy provisions, as well as disputes between agents and
underwriters.
We are also authorized agents for Lawyers Title Insurance Corporation.
