Richard H. Dollison

Richard H. Dollison has been a resident of the U.S. Virgin Islands since 1993. His legal practice is focused on bankruptcy, banking litigation, debt collection, appellate law and insurance defense. His active debt collection/foreclosure practice includes handling many cases for local and stateside corporations and banks.

  • Education: Fordham University School of Law (J.D., 1993, Dean's List); New York University, ABA Approved Paralegal Program Diploma (1988-89); School of Visual Arts (B.F.A. 1979).

  • Reported Decision: Land Holdings (St. Thomas) Ltd. v. Mega Holdings, Inc., 283 F.3d 616 (3d Cir. 2002).
  • Experience: Formerly a professional filmmaker, Mr. Dollison was a paralegal at a litigation firm in New York, New York. He joined the firm as a law clerk in 1991 while attending Fordham University School of Law in New York. He has been on the Board of Directors of the Humane Society of St. Thomas since 2000.
